A few years ago, I saw some creative and quite adorable ways to make jello shots. Although I am really into cute and stylish things, I have not always been the greatest when it comes to art. However, I’ve always wanted to make watermelon jello shots and now I finally had the guts to try it. The process was a lot more difficult than I imagined as you can tell from my efforts. However, this was a lot of fun even if it was messy and sour!

Ingredients

limes with pulp removed
1 box of red jello
1 cup of boiling water
1 cup of cold vodka
mini chocolate chips

Directions

Cut the limes in half and use a knife around the edges to remove the pulp from the lime.
Add 1 cup of boiling water to the jello powder and stir for 2 minutes until fully dissolved.
Stir in 1 cup of cold vodka.
Pour the mixture into the lime halves, filling them to the top.
Chill the jello limes in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Using a sharp knife, cut each lime in half again into wedges.
Stick in chocolate chips.
