Quick and easy snack options are vital to being vegan. If you’re a fan of blueberries this is a super easy, cheap and refreshing vegan snack for summer time. I wouldn’t suggest taking them outside or anywhere hot, but feel free to be a rebel.

Blueberry Yogurt Bites

Ingredients

1 – 2 Vanilla Almond Yogurt Alternative

1 Small Container of Fresh Blueberries

Instructions

  1. Pour 1 – 2  containers of vanilla almond yogurt alternative into a medium sized bowl
  2. Add entire container of blueberries
  3. Mix well (DO NOT CRUSH THE BLUEBERRIES)
  4. Spoon out blueberries individually and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper
  5. Freeze for a minimum of 2 hours
