Hi guys!! Today’s recipe is an easy and almost eerily realistic recipe I found on Rachel Ama’s YouTube channel!! (See our black vegan blog-spiration post for other great resources.) Some vegan meals can be pretty time consuming, but I don’t always have that type of time. I’m assuming you don’t either, so I’m all about finding fast and simple meals and snacks to share this month!! Today I’ll be making “Chuna” as Rachel calls it, which is essentially the vegan version of tuna (made with chickpeas). It makes for a great meal or snack! I really think you’ll enjoy it!
