We are back again with another installment of the IHC Costume Series. I really hope you guys are liking the looks we’ve been putting together. Today I’ll be doing The Joker from Batman. This one is actually my favorite costume so far. I feel like I’d be a pretty awesome Joker in real life.

Product List:

Instructions:

Start off by applying Skin Prep Pro all over your face avoiding your mouth and eye area. Allow Skin Prep Pro to dry. Once dry take your Real Techniques blending sponge or cosmetic round and apply white mehron paradise paint all over your face. You don’t need to have an even layer or even cover your entire face. The joker is kind of crazy so the point is to look a little off.

While the white dries take the brush that’s included in the mehron paradise palette and apply the black paint from the palette to your eyebrows. If you want you can even make them thicker you just want them to stand out.

Let your brows dry a little then go in with a cosmetic sponge and apply black to your eyelids and under your eyes. Focus the most color closest to your eyeball then with a clean sponge buff out the color and make it sloppy. I alternated between a sponge and a brush to make the black look less uniform. For your left eye take the black almost all the way up to your hairline.

Once you’re done with the black take the green within that palette and place it in your inner corner and along your bottom lash line. Blend the green into the black so it’s not so abrupt. Take a little bit of the green and put it on your forehead above your left eye as well.

We are almost done!. Now take a bright red lipstick and apply it to your lips. With a lipstick, brush extend the corners of your lipstick making the signature joker smile. To seal in the look you can apply Mehron’s Barrier spray to help the look last for hours.

**If you want you can stop here or take it a step further and add a little monster blood to the corners of your mouth.

  1. Awesome Awesome Awesome. When I saw this picture I felt the totally crazy energy Heath had when he played the Joker. Looks great. You make me want to be the Joker for Halloween. You think you can hook your mom up?
