Hi. My name is Kristin, and I’m addicted to makeup. If you know me, you know i’m not a makeup everyday kind of girl, but boy oh boy do I love a good Saturday slay! I learned almost all of my tips from YouTube tutorials in the beginning… And then there was Sephora *cue angelic music*. For those of you that don’t know, Sephora offers free makeup classes. Yes, FREE. The class provides all the tools and makeup you need to practice the skill of the day, a live demonstration and beauty coaches to help walk you through application. It’s soooo nice to be able to converse and ask questions/opinions instead of rewinding that YouTube video for the 4th time trying to make sense of highlighting and contouring! I absolutely love the classes at Sephora in Evansville, so anytime a fellow makeup lover comes to visit I try to take them to a class.

My BFF Krystal came down a few weeks ago, and we planned to go to a class. Unfortunately the class was canceled, but they let us come in for makeovers instead! (If you didn’t know, Sephora also offers 45 minute custom full face makeovers. And they’re complimentary with minimum $50 purchase!) I almost never have anyone else to do my makeup so it was definitely a nice break from the norm. We were very lucky to have two of my favorite artists, Skylar and Jamia, work with us! Since this was a new experience, I wanted to have a makeup look that I wouldn’t normally do for myself. I told Skylar to go for glam and glam is what I got! They say a picture is worth a thousand words, so click through the gallery to see the process!

I’ll try to list all the products shown. Instead of listing specific colors, I’m going to suggest you go to Sephora and have them use their ColorIQ system to match you. It’s takes the guesswork out of foundation and concealer!
