I’m super excited to be doing my very FIRST BEAUTY TUTORIAL!!! It’s been a long time coming and I did a bunch of practicing and collecting of items to make sure this look came out perfectly. For this look, I’m going to be focusing on the eyes and showing how I did this Black & Gold Halo look using ALL BLACK OWNED MAKEUP BRANDS.
